Issue shutting down XP

Every now and then when I logoff/shutdown, I get this error.
I just click on end and it shuts off. What does it mean?

I get that most of the time on every xp computer I've ever shutdown. Just wait a few seconds and it goes away on it's own.

not me. google ccapp.exe and see what it is. maybe you can download an error free version of it. :)

guess I could of looked it up too, oh well.
It says it's used for Norton, but to not disable it. Just have everything updated, but I already have everything updated and still get that. Oh well, guess I'll have to live with it, no biggie.
