I pulled the trigger today:
/////ALPINE CDA-9887-arrived today
/////ALPINE KCA-SC100 Sirius interface - allows conection of SC-C1 or portable tuners
/////ALPINE KCE-422i iPod interface cable
/////ALPINE TUA-T500HD HD Radio tuner
Directed SC-C1 universal Sirius tuner

Unfortunately, Alpine has not shipped the tuning software for the deck yet. :mad: The new Imprint tuning/time correction technology is pretty cool.
5 different button backlight color options, 3pr 4V rca, 3 way crossover, 5 band parametric EQ, BioLite, 24 bit Burr-Brown D/A, etc. Being able to search Sirius by song or artist in real time by spinning a knob is very cool.

OMG it took them long enough, atleast the specs look up to par, and it looks nice except for the screen... Wish it was the same as the 9835 IMO.

I'm going to have to play with one of these. But i'm not going to be replacing my HU anytime soon after dropping the $$ on a RF 3sixty.2 :cool:

Damn, that's why I've been thinking about switching to Sirius for those features. And one of the reasons I'm thinking about selling my W200 and upgrading to the W205. Any idea if XM will ever come out with that?

This going in the Cobra or the SuperCrew?

That's exactly what I was telling him LOL! I take it you own a 9835? I love the features and the look of the 9835. About time Alpine made something comparable.

I'm sure XM units will be available soon with the mini tuner. I'm not positive about features.

Yeah I just sold my 9835 about a month ago when I decided to stick with the stock headunit in the mazda. I just can't make my self ruin the looks of the stock dash...

That said I just got the RF 3sixty up and going with my front stage and the tuning capability is really nice, and being able to use my laptop with blue tooth to tune is awesome. :cool:

I'll need to swing by sometime and check out how the Sirius works with the new head unit. I've been thinking about jumping ship from XM because I'd like to get the NBA games over the satellite.
