just installed ubuntu server

I've installed linux several times before (RH & slackware) but have never set up a LAMP server. This was by far the easiest server (linux or windows) i've ever installed. Even raid setup was trivial. I suspect that the desktop variant of ubuntu is equally as easy to setup. I'm very impressed with this distribution (ubuntu is based on debian).

I'm a Ubuntu user myself (on several desktops). I couldn't be happier -- no spyware & virus threats, and I love the availability of all the free software.
