H10 Pigtails and Headlight repair kit

I need 2 H10 pigtails for my cobra bumper swap, as well as a headlight repair kit for a 2003 gt. also, i have the fogs and the bezels for the 03 bumper... do you know if the fogs are supposed to fit flush into the bezel or do they rest on the outside of them? is there an additional bracket i need to make this work, or do i just need the fogs and the bezels?

H10 pigtails are $16.66 each. Have not heard of a headlight repair kit before. What needs to be repaired? I also have a diagram here that you can look at to see if you have everything you need or not. It looks like there is a U-shaped bracket between the fog light and bezel. Let me know!!!
