What kind of spotting scope would youall recomend ?

My job moved to the hill overlooking the southeast side of DFW. Can see the planes on the east runways and east side controll tower. Been using my old trusty binocs ( 7 x 35 ) but want something better. Best guess 3 plus miles away. What do youall think would be the best thing to look at the runways with.

If you want to step it up look at Swarovski, Leica, or Zeiss.

Nikon is somewhere in the middle for price.
