Anybody read the new Ebay policy regarding firearms? Ebay already sucked, but I could find some needed parts I couldnt fin anywhere else.

The basic jist of it is that anything firearm related is banned, "We will prohibit listings of any firearm part that is required for the firing of a gun". So pretty much only holsters, slings, etc.

Yep, the cocksuckers are including bullets and brass (components, not loaded ammunition), too. :(

I bought a bunch of .45 Auto and 9mm off there, but it looks like that's coming to an end.

I always thought they were prohibited before. Ive seen like holsters and shit, but nothing like parts, guns or ammo on there.

I bought 5,000 pieces of brass (2 separate auctions) and 1,000 bullets (components, not loaded ammunition; 2 separate auctions) for a decent deal. I haven't seen any loaded ammunition, powder, or primers there, though.

You could buy barrels, trigger groups, op rods etc. But not complete guns or the "registered" parts of the gun (ex: AR lowers, 1911 frames, working receivers etc)

What a bunch of cock smokers. I have been keeping an eye out for a conversion barrel for my G22 I guess I can stop looking on Egay.

I wonder how that decision went down.

Is it just for liability reasons?

You know it. Certain lawyers sniffing out profit opportunity like sharks scenting blood in the water and ebay execs attempting to minimize exposure. Both groups could give a rat's ass about what's sold on line; imo, ebay would sell drugs & tac nukes if profits outweighed risk. As Pro88lx said, more biz for gunbroker.
