anyone run cable?

I need some cable run to a back bedroom. I currently have direct tv service. There are some cables running near the rear of the house but not the rear bedroom. I have sliding on my home if that makes a difference.

i actually ran it thru the attic so it would be concealed, and dropped it to a outlet box. i also ran the CAT-5E cable with it for the xbox (xbox live). it looks alot better but its a little harder.
