My boss has a bose system in his bar but its in the middle of nowhere and there are power surges about once a week. So his system has burned out 3 times now but bose has always replaced it. I have it on a surge protector but aparently its not worth a fuck. Ive been looking at monster and they have a good warranty on the products that are connected to it. Are there any other brands with warranty lke theres?
Also he has 3 20amp fridges and monster dont make anything for 20amp. Is there any other makes of surge protectors that offer the 10k in warranty?

APC sells surge protectors for both consumer and business level protection. Have installed a ton and never had a problem with one.

You need a UPS not a surge protector, get something to buffer the power.

Don't go cheap on things like this...
I can't think of them all off the top of my head, but a bunch mentioned in the thread (APC, Powerware) are good. Tripplite is okay...minuteman....there are others, I just can't think of them.
