theyre overrated i think personally. no slouch though.
A customer let me drive his. I was able to rip it up a service road, take the u turn under the highway, rip it up the other side and back to the shop. Quiet, fast, and handled well IMO.

I saw a red one down going down CheekSparger and 121... it was perdy!
i was really suprised at what it could do. I wouldnt be paying over MSRP on them though. Evedently he is connected with a company owned by ford or something, becuase he was saying he payed was way less, some plan or something. I will say it was nice. And fun for a minute, lol..

Our shop did a lenghty install in a grey SHELBY GT500 a month or so ago, and being a Mustang fan, what got me the most was all the MUD caked in the wheel wells and even some on the front splitter.
Apparently they live down a country road and with our rainy summer weather they can't ( or don't try to) keep it clean.
They paid $15K over sticker for it, and spent at least as much in audio/security with us.
Must be nice to have money!
Didn't actually work on it or drive it, but it was nice. It sat a little lower in the rear end when we were done, so it looked better as well.
The SHELBY name is still a force to contend with in collectors/enthusiasts minds, but we all know you could build something comperable for less money. It just wouldn't have the MARKET VALUE that an authentic specialty car has.
