When they play Swedish Egil, Groove Radio, they have a song I think is called Hypnotise or Hynotized. it is a girl singing about the drug ecstacy and clubbing, etc.
Does anyone know who sings it and the name of the song for sure, so I can try and find an mp3 of it.

bj is probably correct. paul oakenfold - hypnotized. you can find that song on the Bunkka album, but there are a bunch of remixes of it out there.

yeah, that sucks about Sirius 33, so many different mixes out there you can't ever find what you hear them play!

OVERALL, i am reeealllly disapointed in the program quality of sirius.... flat out dont really like it. dont have a decent rock station i can get into, and they have ONE rap station that plays kinda shitty music. XM had 3 GOOD rock stations, 2 bad ass country stations, 2 good top 40 stations, 3 great rap stations, and 2 decent EDM stations.
HOWEVER!!! sirius 33 is a bas ass station. so much that it almost makes me want to switch to sirius just for this station! cool shit! they have alota rare mixs that i've never heard and have yet to hear the same song twice. this is very hard to find in a popular dance station.
My biggest complaint with Sirius is sound quality on some channels like 23. IMO, programming is better on Sirius and XM plays the same crap over and over on their rock and dance channels. If you're going to play Pete Townshend every day, don't play one song of his. He has made lots of music and "Slit skirts" is not his best stuff. Playing only one average song from an artist over and over is boring. Don't even try to listen to a dance channel they have not updated the playlist in six years.

weird. we are very backwards on opinions... i like the classic rock channel on sirius (19) better than xm's rock and octane (20) is pretty good for newer stuff.
i like xm's system (ch 80) better than anything electronic sirius has.

I am sure everyone knows this but the 2 companies are merging....and we should be able to buy packages a-la-carte when this happens...so it might be great for everyone...I have XM in the stang and sirius in all the work cars...reception is bad with sirius ...XM does some great stuff on fri and sat nights on 80-82
They are attempting to merge and the al-a-carte thing looks too good to be true. For the cheapest plan, you may only be able to choose 50 channels from a predetermined list of channels. We'll see. Everything is up in the air right now.

XM's system plays some great music, its just older and i dont hear too much newer stuff other than on global and they play some great new house.
on the merge, how exactly would that work? i have a Sirius box for my nav, so could i use it for XM when they merge? would you be able to hear all the stations from both xm and sirius or would it just be like it is now but with a few cool options like the al la carta thing or what ever?
anyone know if this falls through, when it is supposed to happen?

Thats what I heard, its awaiting SEC approval...not sure how the new system would work. I personally only listen to maybe 15 stations max...so if they do let you choose that would be great
Nothing is set as far as what programming will be available on what receivers or what channels will be available in what package or what channels will be cancelled, etc.
IMO, the best thing that can happen is that I can get Sirius programming on my Alpine XM tuner with XM or better sound quality.
