his name is John, he says its because the engine department guys were backed up and that they are slow. Its making a weird feedback noise through the radio when the radio is on and the engine is on. If the radio is off its ok and if the engine is off and the radio is on its ok. weird. and very annoying noise

That would be called a ground loop noise caused by a bad ground wire in the radio or amplifiers. Most likely they will have to replace the radio or amps which takes about 30 minutes, so tell them to get off their ass and replace it already.

Well, I got a call today and I pick it up tomorrow, I miss it :( They replaced alot of radio stuff, I can't remember what all he listed off.
