View Full Version : Thespians on the Hill
The Democrats have been nominated for theaters highest award... The Tony Award for last nights "ALL NIGHT DRAMA".
The writers of this play where not mentioned for the plays' vacuous content.
If you're an actor, you too can be a Democrat.
Sorry Ronnie, they didn't go to the same acting school as you did.

And all for not. I'd be curious how much energy the dems used by keeping everything running all night. All they did was cost us money and hurt the bunnies in the forest.

The A/C doesn't have to run as much during the night. ;)

Lesbians on the Hill!
Lesbians on the Hill!
There's a joke, something like:
Can you believe those actors can be on stage naked together?
Well you know, they are thespians.
I should have known that, a homosexual play.

They probably needed extra A/C to counter all of the hot air being released by the windbags.

I think it was more of the Republicans speaking all night. If the Republicans stopped speaking, the Democrats would vote to send a bill to Bush calling for the removal of troops in Iraq. The Republicans began a fillibuster to prevent the vote, and the Democrats decided to make a show by keeping the Senate open all night, forcing the Republicans to speak all night.
