So there is this guy over on AllFordMustangs.com that started talking some smack about killing a TrailblazerSS.

He as caught alot of slack from many people. We are setting up a Grudge Match between the two and somewhat of a meet at Ennis on Fast Friday July 20th. I am inviting other Mustang owners to come out and have some fun with some TBSS owners and watch this one guy get spanked and then I am sure many of y'all will put a big ass SUV in its place.

no not yet... best to date is a 12.40 but ive changed intakes since then.

It is cheap when you consider the amount of power you can add per dollar spent. You can get 250hp for well under a 1k. Try getting that much power for less money.

i tired to race a camaro SS yesterday on 287 in my nissan yesterday? either those cars are slow, or my car is really light.

yes, he pulled away a good pace, but not as fast as i thought he would.

It will be cool if some of y'all can make it down there next Friday. We hope the weather holds out. Trust me when I say that we TBSS owners are not trying to start any shit with you guys, just figured we would invite you down to have some spriited racing and fun. The whole grudge match thing is just between the stang owner on our site and one or two of the TBSS. And for the record, these 5000lb SUV's run pretty good. As with any quick vehicle, traction makes all the difference. We have one in our group that has run at best a 12.6. Not sure if he will run on Friday due to brake/traction issues. It should be a fun time nonetheless.

There will be some of us meeting up at the Twin Peaks around 635/30 about 6 or so before heading down if anyone wants to join us there.

Yeah, I think I know him. He has a few mods and is very quick. Whether he could beat your 12.5 is yet to be determined, but with DR's and good air, he might be close. Not bad for a 4600lb SUV, though
