I am not a fan of modern rock and some such, so I didn't really know who the White Stripes were. I had heard of them, but wasn't aware of their music. I came across this song, and I'll be damned if it doesn't kick ass. If you haven't, check it out. It has led to me listen to some more of the White Stripes, and they aren't that bad...as in, they are better than most shit bands of today.

The new White Stripes album is really good, they're going back to their old ways (De Stjil, White Blood Cells era) and really rocking the fuck out.

IMHO, you should start with their earlier stuff. De Stjil is my favorite album of theirs, by far. But the new one isn't bad at all.

I like that Hardest button to button and Seven Nation Army is good...I am just looking at their videos on their web site, but that Elephant album seems like it has some good stuff on it.
