What steps are required to install this type of screen into the car?
The reason I ask is because the stock unit houses A/C controls and everything else.
Is there a company that makes some type of conversion kit?

They make a dash kit for that car.
Find a dealer who deals with Metra, and get these parts
99-9300 3 series dash kit
70-9003 wire harness
40eu-10 antenna adapter required to adapt to aftermarket radio.
decide on tv your getting and pm me if you need additional information.

Isn't he getting fucked in the ass by Idrive...? what a joke those new Bimmers are because you can't do shit to them....doesn't change the fact I want an Mcoupe though! :o
