Most of you know I have a gimp foot. However I HAVE to get back on the cardio ball. It's not getting better but my butt keeps getting larger. ;)

I'm holding off on another surgery until next winter, but want to get rid of this 10lbs that creeped up while not being able to do too much on it. What do ya'll do for general toning outside of running/walking?

What kinds of things can I do that don't require extended time on the foot, is somewhat low impact, but has good noticable results. There HAS to be something! :( I did buy a $300 glider (mimics running w/out impact) and plan to use that daily. I wish terribly I could do kick boxing or something like that. :mad: Damnit.

are you open to diet pills? over the years i think i've figured out my body a little. For ex. during the winter season i tend to gain, then taper off when spring rolls around. Of course its because i work out more in the warmer weather but i also try to gain muscle in the winter by eating more. then i start cardio in the spring, go lite on weight but to more sets. Anyway to answer your question try weights. just do alot of reps with lite weight.

not something you can do at the house, but swimming laps is GREAT cardio that's about as low impact as it gets!
