Wow, so I turn the channel and see 5.5 seconds left, so I watch. And what do I see? EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE PREDECTED!!!!

Didn't I call it all off season? Game 3 . . . ends on BAD OFFICIATING!!!!!

How can you people keep believing in this Corrupt League?

This has nothing to do with who won . . . this has to do with a Professional Sports League who puts the WORST graded officiating crew in the most important games of the championship series for the last 5 years. Those games would be games 3 and 4 (sometimes 5).

It's no better than Professional Wrestling.

It was a bad call but Joey Crawford fucking hates the Spurs . I am surprised the Spurs didn't get their asses kicked by bad calls tonight from that jackass .

it doesnt matter, Spurs were going to win this series either way...

With the help of Gilbert being out in Washington, the Heat fallin apart & horrible coaching by Detroit, Cleveland is the worst team i've seen represented in the Eastern Confernce in a while.

Call wouldn't have mattered anyways. It was before the act of shooting. Cleveland would have gone to the line for 2 w/ less than 2 seconds left. The foul should have been called, but let's not blow the implications out of proportion.

And James woudl have had to make them anyways . It doesn't look to me like James is taking the team by the horns and calling for the ball like most role players do . I guess its because he's still young and needs some good experience like playing in the finals . Next year should be interesting in the East .

You effing idiots . . . again, this has nothing to do with who won!!!!

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SPORTS LEAGUE WHO PUTS IT'S WORST OFFICIALS OF THE YEAR IN A CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES, AND YOU SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT?

Take off your Mavs or Spurs blinders and wake up.

Well if you had watched more than 5.5 seconds of this series, you'd know this has been one of the best officiated series in a while. Sure, a call is missed here or there but overall the calls have been very consistant game by game. The officials are letting them play and I don't think many are complaining.

Back to your conspiracy theories...

Back to your conspiracy theories...

Not a conspiracy theory, it's been written by sports writers (from cities not in the series) for the past 5 years.

Fans are either too stupid to realize it, or dismiss it to "sore losers".

BTW: A spurs fan can not use that arguement . . . try again when they're not in the finals.

This has been a horrible year with the refs, new rules on players expressing their emotions, etc

I'm a huge nba fan but they are taking way too much out of the game

oh yea, I HATE THE SPURS :D

While I think Maston has his tin foil hat on a bit too tight, I could not disagree with that statement more. I saw PLENTY of fouls not getting called on BOTH sides of the ball. Yes, they are letting them play. But that does NOT mean that the officiating is good. JMO of course.

I agree. Although, with all the fucking thugs that are in the league now, you'd have to worry about someone running over to the bench and grabbing a gun.

But if they're consistant on both sides of the ball, what's the gripe? I don't care if they call 40 fouls a side or 2, as long as they're consistant. But if it had to be one way, I'd rather them let the players decide it on the court rather than at the stripe. My point was that there has been no team bias by officials in this series.

So if a sports writer writes it, it's not a conspiracy theory? Well shit, Michael Moore made a movie about 9/11 conspiracy theories so they must be true!

Ok, then throw the damn rule book out the window. The refs will just make up the rules as they go along . . . but as long as those rules they make up are consistant, it's ok?

So if a sports writer writes it, it's not a conspiracy theory?

It just gives the "theory" more clout . . . the more people will recognize and turn their back to the game, then the NBA might get a clue that they are doing wrong.

But as long as you keep putting your money and time into it, you're going to get the same crap that you deep down dispise. So stop feeding the Pig.

Did the Spurs have a foul to give on that last play by Lebron?

I dont think they did according to what one of the announcers said?

If so, Coach Popavich(sp) is basically spittin in Lebrons face saying, " beat me on the FT Line."

hahahahah its kinda funny to me.

Spurs did not have a foul to give. The plan was to foul him before the act of shooting to give him 2 FT's.

Well all I know is the Spurs are kicking ass this year so I don't give a fuck what anyone has to say about them . Show me team that can beat them in 7 games . The refs play a factor in the game but the Spurs are still going to be the champs in the end .

Was King James fouled, yes no doubt. Like others have said he was fouled before the shot attempt and even with the foul he still got off a pretty dam good shot. That ball had a good chance of going in so maybe that is why the ref didn't call the foul. I'm sure just as much as the refs hate missing a call they hate calling one that wasn't there and its a known fact that in the finals the refs will let them play as its refered to.

The NBA has had some really bad officiating the last few years, especially in big games.

The NFL, MLB, and NHL don't have officiating problems this bad. Why does the NBA?

There are just as many in the NFL.

And I'm tired of this "it's just a fast pace game". If that's the problem why is the average age of NBA officials over 55 years old? That's FUCKED UP!!!
