Alright guys, post it up. how far are you, if you have pretty fast time at a track. I want to know. Also anyone willing to gift me a car, I will take one in any color :D

A buddy of mine had came over and he is a chevelle lover so we had to trick out that car. Now I only have about 16K and a 772hp Chevelle weighed in at 2431 :eek: , top speed 196. Its a crazy beast to keep straight.

Well I'm only at 18% , at a level 19. I might get it up to a level 20 before calling it quits tonight.

I bought one of those things to thinking I was going to be able to hang in the heavy car class. Shit no I can't drive for nothing. I think I totaled mine. That was a wasted 60K :( . I did the 427 swap in mine, i think its like 620hp

thought the same thing earlier today. accidentally bought a focus thinking i would use it in the factory stock race without looking to see it could only be an SVT focus. lost 4k on that mistake :(

by the way i got a 92 GTI ill gift ya :p seriously thought i will if ya want it. won every race on the 150hp and under race by 8 sec on stock motor :D just dont have a use for it now

sweet I need a 150hp car for that race. i already have did the 200,250,300,350. I just opened up the 400hp one. I have been using a Civic. :D Some reason I like the little bastard.

best bet is get to the 350hp race, real easy way to earn 10-16K in 4 laps.

what did you use? mine was a hatchback civic, needs to change up the gearing. top out was only 166-167 the whole time

my G35 running at 349hp was hitting 179-181 on the straights and holding around 176 on the turns

your only 2sec quicker now and thats with me hitting the wall at the end :D . You know on that track to turn everything off so you can get way more money.

edit- i was using the stock tranny and thats why i'm alittle faster now ;)

another edit- I beat yours :p , finally. I'm not for sure on how many times it took but I did it. Now I have some money and I'm rank 22. All from just trying to beat your time. I like how it keeps up with everyones best time.

Well i just started playing so i dont have any good lap records or cars.. I have to Unlearn the GT4 physics and get used to NOT going off road or using other cars/walls :) lol
I dont know how much i will be on till Wed as GH II is my and my wifes current addiction..

I know what you mean about using the car/wall on GT. Way different on the Forza. You actually have to try and win. :o

its Harder for me to play forza i would say then for somone who has never played GT4.. i have to unlearn all the gt4 bullshit short cuts so that i dont get penalties.

I think I'm only around 11-12%, I haven't played much. But, I do have a '69 datsun with 700hp+ I think and it's just ridiculous to try and play with. I also have a solstice with the LS7 swap. I've been messing with that stuff more, than trying to win the races. Pretty solid game though.

I'd be well above level 25 if not for having the computer do so many races for me and taking all that money. :p I just to get ansy to sit there for more than 4 laps, lol. I might work on some of the races that I've opened up that have the $15K+ winnings tonight. Right now I'm just at level 21, and have more cars than I need.

I woulda gone with the Charger SRT-8. cheaper and I had to buy it to beat the heavyweight races. Nothing like beating a Ferrari with a 4 door Dodge.

I won some supercar-lookin VW and that thing is awesome for winning some easy races.

I beat the 250-350hp races with the mugen s2000, and now am about to take it from 344hp up to the 400hp range for those races. the thing is quick.

I found one good way to make some extra money is find the higher paying races on the Nissan Speedway (pretty much oval) and just race that several times. I was getting about $14.5K in 4 min or less of time just to do it all over again. :D I think I'm at about $350K right now.

My Charger has 1096hp and tops out at 208mph on the NY course:) That thing is a bitch to drive, even with TCS on it starts to get loose at full throttle over 85mph.

Level 24 right now. The best way to level up and make lots of cash is to do the endurance races. Personally I hire a level 2 driver and make the AI ones easy then turn off all the aids. You get $35K for winning plus a rarity bonus and another $60k for finishing I guess. That and the car goes up to level 4 immediately. I get the race started and switch over to Dish Network:) You've just got to push a button every once in a while to keep the screen saver from coming on.

no. you have to sit through the whole race, or like someone else said, start the race and flip to tv. I just started the class c endurance race and plan to head to another room to watch a movie, coming back to check on it every now and then. Already leading 1st place way out before lap 2. :D I'm using the Golf R32 with some better suspension and as much power as I can get with staying in C class. All that still started me in 3rd, though. Lap 3 of 30 now and I'm 8 secs ahead.

what car for the class D endurance? I was beating the class c pretty good with my R32, and then all the sudden the Caddy started catching back up. still won it, and then tried putting it on medium and came back 15 min later to find my car in 4th.

i sent him a 92 GTI Mk2 the other day. guess ill go get another one im hoping to unlock the endurance races tonight when i get home. i think i only spent about 15k on that car including the 9k car cost, all in suspension and weight reduction

lol that sucks. ive got 18 cars, most have been modified at least some, all have tires and wheels. just run nissan speedway with everything off if you have access to the 350hp races. 9k plus bonuses. ive never got moer than 14.5k but its been said in here before you could get up to 16k for a 4 lap race. easy money

you know how much that'd be? I just bought a 24 pack of Sierra Neveda and I'm a real miser when it comes to how much I spend per week, cause I spend too much on beer. :D

I did make a bad ass Mustang that's right at 850 in the A class. 851 would cause it to be in the S class. :) we'll see how well it does.

Edit: I now just a 45% discount on N American cars, and Chevy just sent me a Vette Grandsport. Anyone know if the C6 Z06 fully modded tops out over the Lingenfelter all modded out? Curious but don't want to spend the money to find it doesn't, and I already have the Lingenfelter running good.

Under the club races, I'm at 3:04 to your 3:11, and about to go lower. if I mod out the vette some more I'll go lower in the 350hp races. ;)

damn. which race? I'm doing the class b endurance right now with my Do Luck supra, which is modded to the top of class B and whoopin some ass. Payout is $140K and then bonuses, but I used a skill 3 driver since it's my first time trying this race and now realized I shoulda done a skill 1 since my car's doing so good.

my do-luck supra won the class b endurance and I was awarded the MINE's R32 Skyline. I swear the thing has Cobra R rims on it. :confused: Take a look at it and see what I mean.

When I created my xbox live account, it was way back years ago and I used a email and password I haven't used in years. now, to sign on to xboxlive.com and forzamotorsport.net to upload pics, I have to sign in with that id. :( I don't remember the password, or any of the hints or zipcode to reset the password.
I did just creat a new windows live id. is there anyway possible to transfer my BroadcastPanic tag over to my new windows id? otherwise the only way I can see this working is to create a whole new gamertag, which means I'll be starting out at nothing again (live rank).

it was the class A one, but i was wrong. I got an 80K bonus and I always use the guy at the bottom. I think its like 55%.

Hell I even pitted during the race, went back to 3rd for awhile, caught back up and won :cool: Its only 25 laps if I can remember.

that wings west civic with a k20 swap is nice for the lower levels.

i didn't do the k-20 swap but that is the one car I used alot. I'm not for sure on how many tourny I have beat with it.

I hit L 20 last night so the only 2 endurance races i have are class D and C.. and let me tell you.. Hell will freeze over before i do 40 laps in a STOCK civic:)
How much are you guys making cash wish with the endurance races? i found in my pimped out Tommy Kira Skyline i can do the Manufactuere Shoot out for nissan and turn everything up (50% bonus). The race netts me 14500 and is over start to finish in 5 min ( 3.2 min race and 1.5ish min load time) so thats on average of 250-300k in an hour.. is there a more efficient way to make money?

I finished all the proving ground races, amateur cup races, and tons of others. have done all endurance races up to R4. Used a nice Lingenfelter Vette to tear up the S class. :D

I have the C6 ZO6 and at the moment, it is pushing 980+ hp. I got it up to 215 mph on the Nissan Speedway just messing around with it. It is in the U class at 999.

damn you. Looks like I need to find a better car for that track. I actually went back to some of the first races and raced them with one of the R? race cars. Now on a couple of tracks I'm rank like 200 or better. lol While all of yall are like 1000 or more :p

But I will own the 350hp nissian class. Its going to take some time though :o

after I get some bad ass cars, I like to go back and do some old races since it's so much easier/quicker with them, and gets some extra money. I have some R class cars that I like to go back and use on older races. The main races I use computer on is endurance. no way i can sit there and do a race for an hour. So far I've completed the D, C, B, A, and S class enduros. I've also completely finished the proving grounds, amateur series, and manufacturer club races series.

They really shoulda done the drag races again on this game. Would be awesome to have some online dfwstangs drag racing. :cool:

My TVR Speed 12 is pretty tough, 1096hp and around 2400 pounds. I'd probably still get manhandled online though.

my Skyline says in the bench test it will run 246mph in its current set up but so far the only time i can come close is on nissan speedway and i can only run 221 any faster and ill hit the wall comming onto the main stretch.

and i know my RZ Supra is fun as shit to drift in. cant do shit for straight lines though :D

Picked the game up last night, played it for a while and this is a pretty cool game. Only thing is when I got the GT500KR I decided to throw some mods at it and now the damn thing is uncontrollable. I did a lot of testing on the first test track then went back for the RWD challenge at the proving grounds and the mofo acted like it was on freaking ice. I got discouraged and gave up after figuring out no amount of tuning was gonna get it to stick.

A LOT better than the GT games though.

i got my gt500 to 500ish hp i think and all suspension and won a BUNCH of races with it.. they i could hang with all the pimp cars in the corners and destroyed them in the straights.. keep in mind.. Road racing isnt about about 102910239 hp cars.. my 450 hp MR2 OWNS the 1000hp cars on the small tracks.

Well i decided since they had to pit that i would just ride my tires all the way to the end since i had a 35second lead after they pit, and i forgot about fuel consumption, i ran out of gas on lap 23 of 25. Sad thing is it didn't start sputtering till i had just passed the pits so i coasted to a stop in the middle of the road. Reraced it later and won by 2 seconds and made like 275k on that race and thats with 33k worth of damage.

LOL, well Im enjoying the game more and more. I played last night, won the charger, threw about 50k at it and had a 760hp 540ci hemi powered monster with all the suspension, brakes, tires, etc etc. Played around in the american iron class and this car really has taught me the finer art of rolling into the throttle and brakes. Very rarely was I at full throttle and if one of the other cars passed me I would just blow by them burning the tires up :D . Too much fun!

I got a question though, as you upgrade your PI changes. The PI is the letter right? Does it matter if you upgrade a "D" vehicle to "S" or anything like that. At first I was under the assumption that if you got your vehicle into the next PI then all your oppenents would be the same PI so I would mod my cars so they would be at the border of D or C without going into the next PI but after messing with the charger and going up to "S" class with it I notice my opponents are still "C" and "D"s :confused:

Some races only allow certain classes to race and some it doesn't matter. You could have a class S and run in a B class.

well i had hired a driver for that race the previous night, the only problem with that was the guy took 95 percent of my winnings, and i started the race at like 1 oclock in the morning, and about every 7 laps my wireless controller would turn off from inactivity. so i'd wake up every 30 minutes turn the controller back on and resume the race, had to do that like 5 times, it sucked.

i actually enjoy the endurance races, lots of cash and i just try to break my fastest laps every lap.

I got both my Vipers SICK, they have a nice throttle oversteer under about 90, and they turn VERY well... Ran some nasty times on NY, like 53 seconds a lap on the Viper races... I think with a few more tweaks it'll run under 50, but it's not geared perfect for flat out and it's a little squirly coming out of the two tight U turns... :o

that's why I use a wired controller. on the endurance races, I'm down to the last 2. have also totally beat the first 5 or 6 cups of races.
