Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Anyone played/beat this? I just bought it on ebay for $10 so I'm hoping it's worth it. Metal Gear Solid 1/2 were pretty sweet so I'm hoping this one is as good.

Which one? The one on NES? Metal Gear Solid on Playstation 1 is seriously one of the best games ever made. It can be insanely frustrating at first because it's hard to get used to but once you're used to it, it's a blast.

yup ps1, i didn't even know they had it on nes. it took me almost 20 straight minutes before i could even somewhat move around, but like you said, once you get the hang of it it's fun as hell

I was about 3/4 of the way through the game when a friend came over, set the game disk on the ground, then "accidentally stepped on it" :mad: .

It was an amazing game... very easy but very fun!

You are sure to enjoy it if you liked the previous two metal gears.

The game freakin rocks!! The boss battle with the old sniper man(the end) is a "classic" moment in gaming history.
