I'm kinda new to Dfw. Where do you guys buy your creatine? whey protein? i'm running out and don't want to buy it at GNC....any info....

bb.com there are slightly cheaper places but bb.com has always got my stuff to me in 2 days.

Any Utimate Sports Nutrition store. They are cheap and do price matching to the internet.

I'd suggest Green Magnitude for a creatine drink. Or Green Bulge if you like the pills.

Did you get muscle cramps from it. I bought some cheap shit from walmart once and i kept cramping up bad. krogers doesnt sell the ethel ester or alkaline stuff.

I'm hesitant to injest any form of creatine other than monohydrate.

If you dont drink enough water with it you will get cramps and you may even piss a little blood.

I'm just sayin', I haven't seen much of any evidence or logical reasoning as to why creatine in acceptable doses would ever make you piss blood.

And yes, we'll hold it against you until the day you die :D

I took some creatine this morning so I will prolly die pretty soon. I havent seen any medical reasearch to back up pissin blood but I know several people that it has happend to.

I had a 32" waist in 3rd grade if that counts. I am pretty fat trying to cut since feb I have went from 300+ to 258 on the way to 240. At 300 my max bench was 495 I tried everything to get 500 but couldnt now I can only get 405.
