As a rule you must pick up ten pounds body weight to put an inch on your arms. So you must train the whole body.

Eat a bunch of bullshit and only do bicep curls... maybe, maybe add in some overhead DB extensions, skull crushers, cable pull downs, close grip bench, dips, or something like that.

Just take some Creatine, BCAA's, and some sort of Protein if you can get some in Iraq.
Other than that. Just lift HEAVY untell failure. That's what works for me. :D

you should work out Bi's twice a week if your trying to gain, you should wait about two days or till your muscle's quit hurting (they're healed) between workouts and make sure to change your work outs about every two weeks. make sure your form is good and dont worry bout how much weight you can lift cause it's probably not going to be much!! suplements and test are always a plus but one thing is for sure, neither will do anything unless your working your ass off!!! but hey wtf do i know?
