I was thinking of signing up to a fitness club. I was just curious what everyone would suggest?

I go to 24 hour.....I guess it would depend on your needs....24 works fine for me because I just hit the bike for half an hour and then hit some weights for half an hour...then I am out. I know there are more extravagent clubs with raquetball, basketball courts and a pool, etc....but I don't do any of that, so I didn't want to mess with it. Plus, 24 hr is the closes to my house.

Ya, that's what more along the lines of what I was looking for I don't play raquetball so that's no big deal. Also 24hr has a $99 signup fee which isnt bad

check their web site and stuff...it changes all the time...can't remember what I paid...think they waved the initiation..just had to pay first and last month...or something like that....

24hr if you want to go anytime day or night. I got a much better deal at Ballys, not open all night but I can go to any of them for less than the 24hr cost locking you into one place.

Prepaid for 3yrs it was around $550ish...every year after $112. Well worth the investment for myself, and can go to any 24hr. Oh and they give you 60 days to pay it if you need the time.

We joined LA Fitness, and seems to be pretty good. You can go to any club they have in Texas with your membership. $39 per month

I hit the YMCA, its been built up and is really nice...I use to go to 24HR and it is def pretty sweet...

i got added to my roommates plan, i pay 15.99 a month. i can go to any of them, and i can cancel at any time.

he dropped his membership, so i moved the bill to come out fo my credit card. now im locked in at 15.99 forever.. cant complain.



but it does piss me off that they close the bball court at 11 its supposed to be 24 hrs!

unless you go to a completly FOO FOO gym that doesnt have over 50 lbs dumbells, the gym is as hard core as you make it.. Slap on some ear phones and go lift.
