I might sell my S&W 10MM PISTOL w/night sights. What do you think I could get for it.

I would look on gunbroker.com and see what they are going for to get an idea.

Its a 1086, looks just like a 1046, and 1076. The 1086 is a 4-1/2 barrel, the other two are 5"

I'm betting $600 would be resonable and still get takers.

You seem to know your guns. My gunbroker bid is sitting at 605.00 with two bids, and 4 days left. This gun was bought for 495.00 in 1991. Seems there is a small group of people that appreciate this particular gun.

I just follow the 10mm stuff to a degree. You're talking about a popular "underdog" both in caliber and platform. Many see it as a diamond in the rough. Cosider that a Glock or Tanfoglio is the only real competion alternative without resorting to a 1911.

If I were shopping I would make a $600 offer, that's where the number came from.

I would look at auction arms too. I like it better than gunbroker although I have used both.
