Like ols school creatine that would give you the trots since it was loaded with sugar. BTW I was that they are looking into the possibility that the chemical that tainted all that pet food may have found its way into the many products that humans consume daily since its found in whey protein. If this is the case the supplement market is going to have to really crack down on where they are getting they're ingredients from.

i started taking kre-alkalyn 1500 and it has done a number on me


Made me feel sick the first couple of days also. After that i was fine. Not a bad product. Im now take the Cr2 Creatine ethel ester

Does the same thing to me. I just started taking NaNo Vapor this week. Doesn't mess with my stomach near as much.

Nox-CG3 made me feel like shit when I took it during my workout and would make me through up afterwards. NOXPLODE made me light headed and my stomach quisey while I was working out, but was great for getting ready for the gym. Metrx Amped ECN was better than both of these for me.

I couldnt give a fair review cause i was taking other supps with both.

However, If you want a good creatine product i would suggest the Controlled Labs Green Magnitude. (drink) or Green Bulge (pills) It's had great reviews and i will be buying it next.
I am currently taking the Controlled Labs Purple Wraath(BCAA's) and White Flood(NO) with Great results....

i added it to my diet and have noticed a large improvement. It doesn't seem to give you the water weight that a normal creatine product does, and I find that better.

Im sure most of it is psychological, but I feel like I could do a total body workout every day of the week.
