Job Summary
A FedEx Courier is responsible for courteous and efficient pickup and delivery of packages. Candidates work an average of 17.5 to 30 hours a week. Pay rate is $14.85/hr.

General Requirements
At least 21 years of age, high school diploma/GED;valid state driver's license; able to lift 75 lbs. and maneuver packages weighing above 75 lbs. with appropriate equipment; successfully pass all basic and recurrency training; demonstrate good human relations and verbal communication skills; and maintain a neat appearance.

do you by chance work there and know how likely someone would be to always be able to get around 30 hours? even with just 30 hours I'd be making more than I do working 40hrs at my current job.

do you by chance work there and know how likely someone would be to always be able to get around 30 hours? even with just 30 hours I'd be making more than I do working 40hrs at my current job.

Sorry i dont work there, just saw the ad and thought i pass this along.
My sister applied last year and it took them about 3 months to call her for an interview, she turned them down because she had found a job and did'nt have wait 3 months to hear from her current job.

this time of year as a p/t employee dont count on over 20 hours a week. FY07 is still in effect and they are cutting every penny.

not hard, just tedious and long.
