I keep hearing about it like on EVERY radio station, I was just wondering if it actually worked, or if it was about as functional as the ram air scoop on a 99 GT  :D

Hell no it doesn't work....its such a ripoff too. They tell you "stop eating three hours before bedtime and take body solutions before bed". Sure some fat asses have lost weight, but it's due to the fact that they aren't sneakin a f'ing box of ding dongs into bed with them because "body solutions said not to". If you want to make a millions bucks, pour some OJ into a bottle, and sell it as a dieting drug, but tell the users "You can't eat pizza while taking Solution X" and they're gonna lose weight!!

Unless you've already got a fairly solid diet it's not gonna do much. About the best thing that stuff has to offer is not eating 2 hours before bedtime, which you can do without foriegn substances in the body. It can however, be the icing on an already well-baked cake by upping your metabolism a notch or two higher than a solid well-portioned diet will, I'm quite experienced in the benefits of ECA (ephedrine, caffiene, and aspirin) and other metabolic enhancers. Trust me, after 7 years of dieting experience I know that there is no easy way to lose bodyfat and keep it off long-term without a slow progression to a healthier life-style.

But actually body solutions doesn't use ECA or any other stimulants. The only ingredient it contains that has any "possible" weight lost effects is CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). Some groups "claim" that CLA affects fat storage. So it's not actually boosting the metabolism or anything at all.

Exactly.... granted it probably works to some effect but the not eating 3 hours before bed is what you are losing weight from.
Also, like most people taking it, you do not change your diet at all and lose weight. Soooo when you stop taking it you fatten up like a balloon, VERY unhealthy.
Stop eating 3 hours before bed for about a month and see if you lose any weight.

LMAO! That really made me laugh.... "sure some fat asses have lost weight, but its due to the fact that they aren't sneakin a f'ing box of ding dongs into bed with them because body solutions told them not to." Plus just once I tried something just like body solutions and almost threw up it tasted so nasty.

As I'm sure that anything to be taken that close to bedtime wouldn't have any stimulants in it, my point was in saying that like ECA stacks or any other diet aids should be seen as that last little "helping hand" on top of a solid diet and not as a means to an end. With aids such as these (stimulants, eating time, CLA, appetite suppresants, or whatever) your losses will plateau quickly and as Adam pointed out, once you revert to your old eating habits the weight will come right back. I again iterate, there is no easy way, and in actuality the best way is without any "help", but through a good moderate calorie diet and exewrcise of some sort, whether it be free-weights, cardio, aor just rollerblading on the weekends.

If it works or not I am tired of hearing a commercial for it on every radio station during every break.:(

While I'm sure the whole "not eating 3 hours before bedtime" IS a big part of the reason that these people are losing weight, I have a couple friends up at work that began taking it about 3 months ago, and have had really good results with it (and no, none of these girls were heffers to begin with  - they just wanted to shed a little weight before bathing suit season). My friend Cassie has always been a thin girl, but this stuff really helped her polish off the leftover holiday pudge on her stomach. I've never tried the stuff...this is just what I've seen ;)
I didn't lose any weight, tried if for 2 months. I did however waste $120 that could have been better spent at the nudie bar.
