well, after an 8-10 months of rest i started working out again. after 2 solid weeks(starting 3) i am seeing some results. nothing major, of course, just a little more def and some small weight gains. and i eat about twice to 3x as much as i use too, so maybe more weight is coming. anywho i am happy and looking forwrd to more results.

What are your training goals? Any tips to pass along to us procrastinators? :p

well since i have a wrestler my entire life i have been cutting weight:( and now its hard to gain. i just want 20-30lbs:eek: but since i am 5'11'' and 140 thats not really unreasonable. good tip everyone prob already knows=if it doesn't hurt, your not doin anything. and a healthy diet always help. you wouldn't put crappy gas in your car so don't put crappy food in your body
