i have noticed random muscles twitching alot, like my thigh or my upper arm(it's doing it right now). sometimes it twitches so bad you can not only feel it but see it, it doesn't hurt at all and sometimes is kinda cool, but can get annoying at times. wth is causing it to do that?

I've heard lack of potassium aka vitamin K can cause that...
do you take vitamins regularly?

I heard it's part of the repairing process, that the muscles got worked enough in that area which affects how the nerves respond to the break down of the muscle.

I have heard that is a symptom of AIDS.

Eat some bananas or some almonds.
Fasciculations are typically caused by severe loss of magnesium or over-exertion.
Also drink some water since it can be caused by dehydration as well.
But then again fasciculations can occur when you have ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), spinal muscular atrophy, muscular dystrophy or myopathy. So you may be dying as well. I'd eat a banana or two anyway... even if you are dying bananas are some good shit.
