Pay scale depends upon skills, but there is the potential to earn $40,000.00-150,000.00
We are in need of a roofing estimator who possesses the following:
Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication skills;
Be able to present a good image and have a positive attitude;
Strong math skills;
Attention to detail a must;
Reliable transportation-a car will work, but a truck would be a plus;
Cell phone;
No fear of heights, although you can measure from the ground on a steep roof;
Experience is a plus, but training can be provided to the right person.
Responsibilities of this position include the following:
Chase leads and create your own leads;
Accurately measure and bid roof systems;
Collect payment for all work performed per the company policy;
Explain service and products to the customer prior to work beginning;
Ensure the customer’s satisfaction prior to leaving the job.
