Anybody workout at metroflex?

Just curious we have all pussy gyms in OKC just seeing if any of you guyz went there.

i think some of the guys here do.. im stuck at 24 hour fitness.

nothing like getting dirty looks every time you load up the bar to bench heavy.

There are 2 of those here. I went in to take a look and the was 1 squat rack and 1 bench the rest was machines.

I work out there 1 or 2 days a week, the other time at Strouds.
