if accuracy is your thing then you can't go wrong with a savage, most users won't be able to out shoot it, and the best bang for your buck IMO. no idea on scopes though.

10/22 is a .22LR semi-auto made by Ruger.

Sniper stuff look pretty sweet. A 22LR with subsonic ammo and a can should be whisper quiet.
