We are looking to buy a motorcycle trailer that will haul a ZX14 and a Ninja 250 - anyone have any leads for me? Looking to spend less than $700 preferably less than $500 but don't know how reasonable that is.
Thanks!

I might after I get back from Barber Motorsport Park in a couple of weeks. Still debating on it though.

Here are a couple of pictures of my trailer minus the new paint job, wheel chocks, and the painting of the wood floor with bed liner paint. I'd probably suggest looking for a small utility trailer like this, you can easily find them in your price range and if you check out some of the local motorcycle boards you might be able to find one already setup for hauling bikes.

Thanks! I've been looking on the motorcycle forums and haven't found anything definite. I appreciate your input. Let me know what you decide.

you can buy a new one from ludies trailor off of cockrell hill rd for 1100. I got mine for that 6ft 6inches wide, 8 ft long, drop axle, complete for that price.

Thanks for the info. May be a little more than we can spend right now, but maybe something will come up. I appreciate your input!

You live in Rowlett? I have seen a new red ninja and a new red zx14 driving around there. Looked like a new rider. I have a good buddy who is kin to Colby Kearney. I bought one of their Kearney Trailers. They are very nice. I got the good friend hookup. I think their price is in your range.

A friend of mine has a small motorcycle shop up in McKinney - All Texas Power Sports, and occasionally has trailers like that. I bought an enclosed 6 x 10 V-nose , for $1500, from him. At that time he had a couple non-enclosed trailers for $300 - $500, I think. I don;t have the number right here, but maybe Billy can put it on here. If not either look it up, or I can put it on here later.
If you are looking to Haul a ZX-14 and anything look for at least 6ft wide like ARH said, or else the 2 bikes will rub while in motion.

That's us. My husband remembered seeing a GSX when we were out riding one day - must have been you. He told me you were long gone (just his little way of making fun of how slow I'm riding).
Thanks for the heads up about the Kearney Trailer. Can you give me a little more info about the size, how many it will haul, etc. I'd appreciate it!

I walk a bunch around the neighberhood and seen you both riding around. I knew you were a new rider. Did you take the MSF class? It is worth it for sure.
The trailer is 5X8 and has 15" wheels and a wood floor. Big gate for riding the bike up. I have two Baxley chocks on it and have put my brothers 06 ZX10 and my buddies 04 ZX12 and no problems with fitting at all. I should have the trailer at my house sometime this week if you want to stop by sometime to see it . The guy that owns the ZX12 is the one who can get the trailer. I will check on the price for you.
The Kearney trailers are super nice and not like the cheap ones you get with the little wheels.

Yes, I took the MSF course last August. Bought a 650R and found out very quickly I'd made a mistake. Way too much bike for me. On March 17th we traded it in for a 250 so I am learning to ride it. I love it so far. Nice and small!!!
We'd love to see it! PM me your address so we can stop by. Thanks again for all your help and it is nice to meet another rider in the neighborhood!

It was a beautiful bike. I had an `07 red one. It was too tall for me and we had to buy a special shock to lower it. No lowering links because of the design.
My son has an `06 silver one and loves it.

Lisa, here is a good trailer that would be nice for sport bikes. sits low and has a Bi-foldind ramp.
