Academy online has 10/22 for $180 (blued), and $220 (stainless).

Cabela's had the walnut/stainless for 209 last night when i bought my black/stainless for 219.

I've almost bought a 10/22 on about ten occasions, then walked away. It's way too easy to turn them into a project and before you know it, you have a $700-$1000 .22. It'd be a helluva tackdriver, but I always tell myself I could have a Savage .308 for the same money when it's all said and done.

It's like buying a "stock" 5.0 to drive. I think it's virtually impossible to not want to tinker with it...
