Pulled a nice one today at the gym.

Well this weekend my diet went to shit, bunch of friends came into town, and i ate bad and drank way to much. So today I went to the gym on my off day. Did some light weights and went to get on the arch trainer machine. Well about 15 min. into it I feel throw up starting to come up. I get off the machine as fast as i can with my hand holding it down. As luck would have it the closest trash can has a group of very hot chicks right next to it, who do not notice something is wrong. I proceed to let lose all of last night beer and liquor. I have never gotten so many dirty looks in my life. I then proceed it get the hell out of there. :D
