I have a whole container of that stuff. Used it three time all three times i puked at the gym. Guess my body just does not agree with it.

why are you taking it before you work out? not really meant for a preworkout meal, or energy boost.

CLEARLY you have never tasted protein powder mixed with water if you think MM tastes like shit.. CHOKE IT DOWN and quit whining like a bitch. it will make you grow!
