around 210 calories

Not bad. Last night I had...
1 cup of cottage cheese
few cubes of ice
a little water
1 scoop of strawberry whey
It was pretty good. I can only choke down cottage cheese for so long, I have to mix it up.

Works really well, I'm suprised. We got ours at Dillards when we went Christmas shopping last year. Wasn't going to buy it but decided to give it a try.
Does drinks very well. I make a homemade salsa that comes out very well.
Drinks are the best. Clean up is a breeze and you can drink right out of what you mix it in.

another few I tried out this past week:
(much more work but worth it!)
1 banana cut up into pieces
2 kiwis
1/2 cup cut up mango
1/2 cup cut up papaya
1 cup OJ
1 scoop protein powder
3 ice cubes
500 cals, 29g protein, 2g fat, 96g carbs, 10g fiber
(good after a long bike ride)
And finally, my new fav
1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup skim milk
1/8 teaspoon cinnnamon
3 ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder
approx 380 cals, 33g protein, 54g carbs, 6g fat, 9g fiber
