I'm just glad to see the Niners back on MNF. Looking forward to the Cincy Balt game prior to that as well. Football season can't get here soon enough.

I hate the 2-3months in the summer where baseball is just about the only sport being played. Uuuugh. :(

Why? So you can see two of the worst teams in the NFC battle it out?

That will probably be the lowest rated MNF game for the entire season.

We know you're an idiot, no need to post up and remind us.

I knew it'd get to you, thats what makes the NFL's decision so sweet. Apparently they don't agree with you. Leinhart and Smith on MNF. Your blood must be boiling, lol. The question is, does it get to you as much as Bush's immediate impact in the NFL? lol.

LOL, if you think that having two shitty teams on MNF gets me upset, you must be stupid.

Bush's immediate impact? Apparently it wasn't much because he didn't get any hardware. Vince Young sure did though.

Lets also not forget those two Rose Bowl MVP's and the Manning award.

Bush can have that Heisman, but we all know who the better player is and its been done on the field multiple times since then.

So you finally conceed that Bush is the better player?

You throw up that picture of Young as if Bush doesn't have his own National Championship. I see that selective memory of yours is working again. For someone who doesn't care about the Heisman, you sure threw a fit about it when your lover didn't win it.

Doak Walker award = Davey O'brien award
Heisman > Maxwell

No, I didn't conceed anything. I stated that anyone with half a brain knows that VY DOMINATED at the hardest position in football and outplayed 2 Heisman Trophy winners in the biggest game of them all.

No selective memory here. I just know that USC played a weak stick OU team which shouldn't have been in the title game in the first place. Not much of a game or a win there.

The Doak Walker Award most certainly does not equal the Davey O'Brien. Being a RB isn't anywhere near as hard as being a QB and there were plenty of RB's who had significantly better #'s, across the board, than Bush. That could not be said for VY and other QB's.

The Maxwell is given to the "College Player Of The Year" meaning there is nobody better than that one player for that year and is usually given to the Heisman trophy winner. We all know that if the Heisman is done after the National Championship, like it should be, then Bush wouldn't have even been in the final 3 with his pathetic peformance in the Rose Bowl. There have been plenty of shaft jobs when it comes to the Heisman, but that one tops them all and that more than anything is why it was a big deal.

does vince get the heisman when reggie has to give it up because he cheated? will usc lose a national title as well?

IF he is found to have violated NCAA rules, he will be retroactively determined to have been ineligible and would no longer meet the requirements to be a Heisman Trophy winner as they must be in good standing with NCAA rules/bylaws to be able to be considered for the award.

What they would do if/after they stripped him of it would be up to the Downtown Athletic Club who presents the award annually.

IF USC is found to have violated NCAA rules by playing games with an ineligible player, they would have to forefit every single game he played in and any championships won.

There is plenty of evidence there to warrant a serious investigation with all the Bush and Dwayne Jarrett incidents.
