Well it has been one week into the new diet, workout plan, and lifestyle...
I will start off with my stats I am 6'1'' around 234 BF unknown... I am pretty muscular under the "fat" of course and have some love handles that I am sick of.
I have juiced in the past and will entertain the idea after I keep this up with a winny/test-p/fina/masternon to harden up.
I have lost over 7lbs, some water some not, mainly in my upper leg area upper abdomen, and arms...
I am on jet fuel, and an e/c/a stack while on no-xplode for a lil garbage pump at the gym...
Diet is intune but I need to do more than 10mins of cardio... it's just hard....
Oh by the way I have diarrhea lol :)
Just stating it. Maybe form the protein intake.
I will have to say that this "jetFuel" supplement yet doesnt conatin ephedra is amzing at controling appetite and hunger. I have to FORCE food down my mouth now instead of pigging out on carbs and shitty foods...
