To those who said Edwards was announcing his wife's cancer for political gain...

is it different when it's a Republican?

And it's a preventive surgery, because he's a cancer survivor. I'm glad he's taking precaution, and wish him & Mrs. Edwards well.

There is none. I just knew that by posting this, he'd recieve sympathy from the same people who said Edwards is trying for political gain, by announcing his wife's illness.

Although it seems Snow's condition is not as serious as Edward's, I wish him all the best.

Yeah, his is a preventative surgery. He survived colon cancer, and they found some stuff, but all the blood work is negative for cancer, he's just being smart.
