I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a badass supplement sale going on at 24 hour fitness tomorrow, Thursday. Muscle Milk is $15. All bars by the box are under 20. NoXplode is on sale, redline is on sale, fat burners(for those that want to be badasses), everything. Its a badass sale, with some great products.

If you cant get to a 24hour fitness, let me know and we might be able to work something out if you want some products.

Yep. It is. The 6lb Cytogainer is on sale for $18!!!!!! Thats what ill be stocking up on.

yeah, considering it would only be about 50 lbs from a top 20 worldwide record in the 181 class, straight legged no less. The guy looked like he worked out some but I would doubt he could pull 500 conventional, sumo, or dun dun dun, straight legged. The whole thing started because one of the other staff asked why we aren't members, and my buddy said he needs a more powerlifting oriented gym, for instance where you can use chalk. The trainer asked "what do you need chalk for?" and he said "deadlifting 600 lbs." The trainer was quick to say "I can do 600 without chalk, or even a back brace (belt?), all you need is proper form." I turned off my brain at this point but Joe made sure he was saying he could deadlift 600. The guy replied, yeah, I can do almost 700. Conventional or Sumo? No, straightleg. I guess a guy gets so good at saying that kind of bullshit to clients and chicks that he doesn't realize he's saying it to a state record holder in the deadlift.

He also mentioned a client that was going through 3 of those (points at 6 lb cytogainer) a week. I asked if his kidneys still worked but the guy went on like he didn't hear me. Dude is spending about 1K a month on supplements, and has gone from 125-155. :eek:

We didn't say anything to his face, but after we had checked out my buddy asked the girl that helped us out if all the trainers are liars? She said "maybe.........that's why I'm not a trainer."

Thankfully, there is a guy on this board that can get me muscle milk for that same price. I've never purchased any of the supps from 24hr since they are marked up so high. I usually stock up when Vitamin Shoppe has a good sale or I'll go to the Smoothie Factory.

2 things. 1. vitamin shoppe isnt cheaper than 24 hour on a good sale( like they just had). 2. DavidM97 or whatever cant do muscle milk for the same price as 24 hour had. He already told me in a PM.

Well that sucks, looks like I'll be hitting up my online retailer. Best I can get it at is $18.76 and that isn't the sale price. Thankfully, optimum nutrition whey gold standard 5lbs is still at $24.99. I hate missing out on 1-day sales but its not that bad. I still get badass pricing and if I can get it cheaper then they match and knock off another 5%. Still I could have saved $3.

I like the rebates I get from Vitamin Shoppe. I ended up with like $75 worth of rebates from my purchases in 2006. Almost like gettings 12 months of shit for 11 months of shit.

I would have spent much more than $3 in gas driving to and from 24hr to get in on that sale I missed. So I'll just send my order to www.supplementwarehouse.com and I hear that Costco has some bad ass deals on Muscle Milk too. Just waiting on my Sam's membership to expire then I'll make the switch.

i cant do S14 (thats under my cost) but i can get it cheaper for you than anywhere esle (normaly) .
