I'm trying to find some decent areas of C.C. to start looking at apartments. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

I'm trying to find some decent areas of C.C. to start looking at apartments. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Depending on where you will be living/working, i'd recommend the island, as it's close to the beach, a little more laid back, etc.

But in town stay on the south side, near Staples/Saratoga, or futher out. There are some decent places on Ocean Drive, but most can be a bit scummy.

I recommend paying a decent ammount to weed out the riff raff, also look for newer complexes, stay away from older ones.

What are you moving down there for?

How big of an apartment are you looking for?

We're buying two 750 sqft Condos about a block off the beach. If you want to rent one, I can make that happen :) Got an awesome pool, great layout for singles. Brand new complex.
