not a good game at all...
couldnt hit anything in the first half and gave up too many second chance points. i think they shot something close to 35% in the first half. just couldnt get anything going
USC played well and earned it

I like Kevin Durant, but why the hell is he throwing so many 3's up from so far? I think Texas should of won, but there were a lot of early/ill-advised shots, that didn't allow the other Texas players a chance to get a rebound.

That loss definately wasn't Durant's fault. The Tournament is all about good, consistent guard play and Texas didn't have that towards the end of the season. D.J. Augustin is a great point-guard, but his inexperience and inconsistent play is what really cost Texas in this game along with the Big XII Tournament Championship game against Kansas.
It will definately be interesting to see if Durant stays or not. He's never really indicated that he's thinking about leaving and has actually said more about staying at Texas than going to the draft. I say its about a 60/40 chance of him going vs. staying.

There's one thing that can be said about him that is positive . . . he definatly hasn't been using HGH. :D He'll look like a Kenyan Marathon runner in the NBA.

That's the one thing that might keep him in the NCAA. That boy needs to put on some weight.

I don't really remember saying that Texas would go farther in the tournament than Tx A&M  , maybe I'm wrong though. Just don't remeber saying that.
But I figured they would have though.
I do believe Texas is better than Tx A&M
I guess your on my nuts now! :p

Well, good run by Texas. As I said before, in a one and out tourney, I didnt like their chances. Im rooting for an A&M vs Kansas final now. Big 12 representn

Would be pretty cool. In my better bracket, I have a Kansas UNC final though.

Texas and rick barnes need to start getting and going after players that wil stay for atleats 2 or 3 yrs. they have lots of talented players coming thru but thats exactly what they are doing is coming thru and not staying and leaving anything behind!!can you amagine if the past couple of nba prospects would have stayed? i hope durant stays i dont blame him for leaving but he spoke like he was not sure and he has told they players before the tourny that he was going to stay! so lets cross our fingers!!!

Durant is talking like he'll be part of the team next year, but who knows:
I don't think that's an appropriate question right now. I'm just worried about this team and where we'll be next year.

KG isn't that big and he's been a stud. He does need to gain weight/fill out, but its not like he has to gain 30lbs or anything.
