i cant download anything, i cant go to google, all i can do is browse. i turned windows firewall off. i tried to download imesh and limewire and kazaa and even a mod for WoW and nothing happens when i click on "Download". it just makes that lil click sound. then nothing. can you help me?

If you are running Internet Explorer, try re-installing it. Also I recommend you run Mozilla Firefox in the future.

i use internet explorer 7. its weird cause i got another comp sitting right beside this one, and hooked to the same dsl, and it downloads just fine. its really starting to get on my nerves. all i can do is browse and play wow. it sucks someone please help me. :(

You got some kind of bug. Download this on the working computer and install it on the busted one. It might be a pain if you have to install the updates manually, but it should help. If scanning it with this doesn't find anything, you're fucked!!
