The game of the month...Mavs vs Suns Rd 3

Mavs up 2-0 so far this season. I actually look for Phoenix to make a statement this game. I know they are a confident bunch, but I don't think they want to go down 3-0 to Dallas for the year and have any doubt lingering in the back of their heads as they move towards the playoffs. They've won 9 of 10 lately, but haven't been playing well lately. I'm sure they'll come to play tonight though. Mavs, well, after the Golden State fiasco, I'm sure they'll look to rebound. But this is their 3rd game in 4 days and they had to come back across 2 time zones after a very late game. They'll have no problem finding energy for this game though. All said and done, I say Mavs by 1....on a basket by Dirk with 2.6 to play.

Danny, roll up to the game 15 minutes after it starts and DFWstangs-style lowball the fuck out of the scalpers. The first quarter doesnt mean much anyway. You'll get tickets and pretty cheap, too. I prefer to drink at the Hooters up the street, watching the game and then leave about 10 minutes after tipoff.

Just FYI, you don't have to get a full season if you can't afford it. You can get a partial season ticket package for chump change, and still get first option for playoff tickets. I think the partial packages on the third level run right at $275ish per seat. I might be wrong though. Let me dig up some paperwork

Actually, not 100% sure. I thought he busted his elbow at first, but then I guess he got elbowed in the head. He was driving pretty hard to the bucket and took the shot and then fell to the floor hard.

Damn good game, both teams should have won (dallas in 4th, PHX in 1st OT and did in 2nd) but this shows us that the Playoffs are going to be exciting and anyone getting really cocky as a Mavs fan about our record needs to just chill a bit. When the Mavs and Spurs and Mavs and Suns get together records go out the door and some bad ass exciting games occur.

This game was a nail biter, as everyone thought it would be. Officiating was fucking TERRIBLE, on both sides of the ball. Not going to complain about the phantom foul calls, but they were happening all over the place against both teams. I haven't seen officiating that bad since the playoffs last year. Calls aren't what made the game last night. Stoudamire's bitch ass, and Nash's cock sucking ass were on fire in the 4th.


Props to Stack. He played a hell of a game, and stepped up as a leader since Dirk was slacking off.

I am almost dreading the playoffs this year.I just don't know if i can handle the back and forth games and all the phantom calls on both sides of the ball.
