TDIndustries is the bomb.

If you folks are looking for a great career opportunity, it doesn't get any better than this.

Back in the late 90's when they became the #2 best company in America to work for (Fortune 500), they gave a bonus to the employees. Just for working at the 2nd best place to work in America! I am sure that is not how they want to be viewed, but its an example of the mentality of the operation.

Good luck, Samhain- if they don't want to work at TD, they don't want to work.

I got a buddy that is a project manager at TD...funny, he just called me while I was reading this....he loves the company. This would be a great opportunity for someone that is looking to get into this field.

I'd like to apply, but I have no idea what a cover letter for a resume consists of. (I dont normally apply for jobs that require a resume)
Anyone know where I could find some examples or instruction online?

google is your friend....also check out hotjobs.com or monster.com. If I remember correctly, they have some advice on resumes as well as cover letters.

Nah TD fucked me over about what my job and priorities were. When I was hired my schooling was my top priority and I only was required 20 hours a week...when I wanted to take my next class one semester I was told I can't and I have to work full time but not receive the benefits, pay, etc...Samhain knows what they did.

Company was pretty good to me up til that point. Things started changing about how good a company it is to work for when your margins shrink. I was doing as much processing in AP as the full time workers when I was working 25 hours a week. Brought in a new AP manager and yeah she wanted her own people blah blah...on top of them totally fucking over the old Shop Manager Jim Teston back in the day. They have some shady people working there but also some very good people there too.

Yep, Nate got the bad end stick on that deal. They just fired Amy Evens over some bs like Nate went through. I've been lucky and left the company 3 times and was always hired back.

Were you there when Jim Teston and most of the shop was let go?

Is Rhett still running the shop?

John Gerhards still up there (had been there 50 years when I left lol)

David Bates and Javier Perez still there?

If you can get david and javi's email please pm it to me.
