DVD Shrink/Nero Gurus

Lately when using DVD Shrink I'm getting an error when Nero opens up to burn a DVD. The files are ripped successfully into a folder and when DVD Shrink opens up Nero to burn it'll burn about 50 to 80% of the movie and pop a window that the burn process has failed.
However if I just rip the files into a folder and open up Nero manually it'll burn fine. I like using DVD Shrink with Nero more because it'll format the disc just like the DVD instead of having to manually open the video_ts files and clicking on the movie to play when having to burn using Nero manually (at least I haven't figured out a way to do so using the 6.0 version).

I'm wondering if this is a problem with my writer since this just started and I've used this combo with no problems before.
I've used both +/- R DVD's and still have issues...

Have you searched for the error on http://www.dvdshrink.org/forum/

The only time I used to get errors was on some Disney and most newer Sony films. I started using DVDfab then DVD Shrink then Nero. Kind of a process but it worked for my errors.

the only problem i have had with dvd shrink is it didn't want to read one disc(Crank). every other movie i have done has worked fine. i save compressed files to a "movie output" folder i made, then open Nero(i have Nero 7), and click on backup dvd, or something like that, and add my video_ts folder and burn from there. not sure that helps, thats how i do it

Shit i still have burn with DVD decrypter ticked and it never lets me down. Ive heard nero7 has some glitches and ive wasted a few disc due to burn errors which im guessing a problem with the disc quality. Ive used DVD fab a few times and it seems pretty nice but ive always had great luck with decrypter.
