92Notch is my guess. I personally am not impressed with those numbers considering it is a turbo car. All stock motor but turbo/5 speed. Seems like he ran those numbers before with the auto and said they would be alot better when he got the 5 speed back in....but I don't remember for sure.

Rhonda went a 8.97 in her STOCK ASS GT. When I say stock I mean shorty headers only stock! no K&N filter, no gears, nothing... so a 8.7 for a turbo car is sad. if the car wasn't so pritty I'd say burn it.

I built my FIRST turbo kit for it, ran the shit out of it and never got any faster than 8.6x@92.x on the same stock tires, same stock motor, same stock everything (just like 92Notch's car is now).

A simple change to 275/40/17 Nitto Drag radials and it ran 7.90@93. Another tire change to some big n' littles and it went 7.35@95. NO OTHER CHANGES, still STOCK everything.

For reference "slowturbocar" still uses the same kit on his car on HIS STOCK MOTOR and after 50-100 passes he has gone 8.40's on 15" street tires with skinnies and 7.40's on 26X10 ET drags.

Long story, short - I think the ET's are spot on with what they should be. I mean after all a stock fox body is a turd as far as ET's are concerned with them barely running in the 13's and 100 MPH.

Lots of haters and no one with proof.

It's been years ago, probably about 12-15 psi if I remember right. I had a much smaller turbo than 92Notch did... the reason I have to use more boost than he does.

Here is a video of my car (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SbJ7_Q4hn0k) running the same MPH as his car. I had 26x10 ET Streets and a T5 in it back then with a PT51 turbo. Same exact engine as then and now it will run a full second faster with drag radials and pony rims all the way around.

It takes a while to learn to drive these turbo cars and when he does get it figured out, threads like this won't be four pages of hating. Most of his biggest haters haven't even come close to running 95mph in the 1/8th.

she is detuned right now...super rich...and ran on the heavy ass cobras today and netted me a 1.99 60 ft 8.20@91.06 ......1.5mph down from when it ran a 8.31...I think with some more passes and tune it will run some 7.9s on street tires on 7lbs

The only thing that is on that car when it ran a 8.0 is the heads. New upper/lower, cam, gears, Tb. So yeah it gets alittle buck wild.. But we can workout a race if you would like...

I'm not insulted yet. lol she has been racing for about a year, not every weekend and not enough but she will even tell you she has allot to learn. But it even gets wild on me, in 2nd gear at any rpm range all you have to do is roll in it & get all Earnhart on yea.

I ran a 8.2@91 on a 275 radial (not a dr) first pass down the track on 7lbs before it was tuned
