Going out in the Blazer to get my new best.Hoping someone will come out other than me.Maybe let the ol Vortec engine spank a few Mustangs or LS1's.Kinda wondering if the switching to 28 inch slicks will help or hurt.Since i put a full throttle switch on the M/T radials dont hook.Maybe the track prep will be good so my slow ass blazer will hook. :D

Yea im thinking i dont want any of that cougar either.Im going to stick to the slow cars.I wouldnt hesitate to race you bracket style,i know you like to bracket race and i kicked alot of ass at Redline the past two years in no/e and street with the ol Blazer. :cool:

I see that you have an old Datsun Zcar with a sbc/sbf in it I presume? I have a 1971 240Z with a stroked sbc in it. Just wondering what you are doing for a rear end in it? I am running the 300ZXT LSD rear end in mine with CV axles and rear discs. Is yours a solid axle set up? If so who did the work/install? I have been contimplating a 8.8 or 9 inch set up for this one as it has eaten up 3 LSD rear ends.

My car is a 4-linked 9inch backhalf car. Its a slow pig, but the drivetrain configuration has not been changed in 13 years. The motor has not been out of car for 11 years. It is a ticking time bomb :o around 1000 race track passes... and a few street "cruises"

Is it red by chance, I think I remember now. Who did the solid axle conversion as I may go that route but do not have the skills to do that, Not to mention the space. I do most of my own work though.
