i went to see hannibal rising tuesday night. My gf made me leave before the end cause she couldnt take the gore involved. I htought it was ok for the part i saw.

If its true i actually kinda feel for the guy. He was gonna be fucked in the head regardless if the story like is exactly as it follows in the movie.

Hmm, I'm sure its not as bad as the gore in Saw 3.

Should have told her to close her eyes. :p

I love the Saw movies.. The last one was pretty gory though.

It's hard finding someone to go see that stuff with me..

Hannibal Rising is no where near as "gory" as the Saw series. I thought it was pretty good, a few pieces differed from the book, but good overall. The actor who is Hannibal in the movie did a great job, very convincing as a young Hannibal.

Hannibal was good.

The Messengers is good not great. It's rated PG13, and it's very mild compared to the movies we have seen lately, Lisa! :D I didn't have to cover my eyes through the whole movie. :o

The Messengers was lame. Stuff jumping out when least expected is about all I can praise about it. The rest is so predictable. Let's see... family moves out to the country. House is haunted. Stuff happens in the house. In the end, they are all happy. You leave the theater and that's it. Other scary movies, you leave and you're still thinking about it.
