Id like to go, I havnt been since the Pinks deal they had and I need to go get my 1/4 mile fix. Where they packed this last satuday? I dont get off work till 2 so I wont get there till 2:45 or so, I just wanna make a couple of passes.

We didnt get there until 3 or maybe later and were able to make 4 passes, nascar style.

Says it should be dry and near 60 degrees out. I'm gonna try my best to be there as soon as possible.
I might come out & watch & hang out. Not going to run THE RAT since it's down till the Spring Cruise. But I will come spy. :p

We are thinking of heading out there Saturday and then to Redline on Sunday.

Was the track prep very good last weekend? Just curious if it will hold the power on a small tire or not....... Surley they will prep the track well enough today.
Track prep was really good last week I thought. We should be heading out with the street car. Put her on the dyno last night and made a few changes. It should run the numbers we are looking for today. :D

Make sure you line up in the staging lanes behind the bracket cars/dragsters. Also, you'll probably be O.K. doing a burnout across the starting line today. I'll let my oldman know there will be a "fast car" down there today. :p

I would appriciate if you would mention it to him, I know they kinda frown upon people burning out across the line.

I bitched out, I woke up about 3pm. So looks like it will have to be the next test and tune at Ennis and I'll try to schedule the night before off. Sorry I let everyone down that wanted to see this but 3rd shift owned me today.

Just got back from the track. traction was decent I made a 10.20 @ 129mph pass and then smoked the trans on the second pass. Guess what I will be doing tonight? Spares are a good thing. :D See ya at Redline on Sunday

First pass was a 9 for sure but he missed 3rd twice and ran a 10.0x@138. After that the clutch started to head south and he ran a string of 10.0x@141.

DAMNIT!!! so damn close... was the 1/8th mile back on with what he was running at K/D? low 6s @ 110 +? :confused:

Well the one pass that was looking good went 1.54 60ft and a 4.0 330ft, the 1/8 on that pass was a 6.50@105 I believe.
